Full-Auto Cylinder Screen Press

Full-Auto cylinder screen press is a kind of automatic flat screen press with high efficiency, high quality (linear touch, more suitable for spot printing), high precision (usually the precision of overprint is less than 0.10mm).
It is suitable for printing in bulk of high precision screen products.
It is suitable for 108-350 g/m2, materials, especially for paper products. (such as cigarette or wine case, toiletry case, present case, brand, poster, other paper packing production and special fake against materials and so on), flower paper, soft plastic and so on.
This machine is equipped with UV photofixation dryer machine and paper delivery machine.

Automatic Delivery

Automatic control, automatic delivery, automatic paper jogging, simple and convenient adjustment.

Up and down limit safety equipment for paper stacker is installed to avoid damaging the machine because of break down limit equipment.

3/4 Automatic Screen Press

The machine is composed of printing part, take off set machine and UV dryer.
It is 3/4 automatic line which the printing stock is fed by hand, take off automatically.
After the printing finished and the printing arm pup up, the mechanism arm of take off set machine will extend into between the arm and the plate, suck and pull out the printing stock, then send it to next working procedure (drying, solidify or collection).
It’s not only can save the labor, but also can improve the working efficiency of the machine. It is used for the flexible material, such as paper products.

Horizontal-lift Half-tone Printing Machine
